Shipping
The shipment is completed in 1/3 working days, calculated from the receipt of the order payment.
On the day of delivery you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If the place of delivery is within the Province of Florence, we will do it personally, otherwise we will use the Carrier service.
Delivery costs
- Historic Center of Florence: euro 5,00
- In the Municipality of Florence: euro 10.00
- Outside the Municipality, but within the Province of Florence: euro 15.00
Returns and right of withdrawal
The Consumer Code, which regulates distance selling (206/2005), establishes that it is not possible to apply the Right of Withdrawal to goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned as they deteriorate or alter rapidly.
Any claim can be taken into consideration only if received, by e-mail at info@semialportico.it, within 2 (two) days following delivery and accompanied by a photo of the product as it was delivered.
Our staff will evaluate, if the complaint is well founded, the possibility of offering a voucher for a subsequent purchase to be spent on the site, for an amount equal to the total or partial sum paid.
